The service, help, warmth and genuine friendliness we received from both of you during our trip was really excellent. The way you rearranged our schedule at such short notice on the day we had torrential rain was both very professional and a testament to your efficiency and organisational skills. I would not hesitate to recommend your personal attendance to anyone who was thinking of visiting the area. We had some excellent meals out at your recommendation and really enjoyed the social side of our trip.
