Golf Resort Agency committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information for the purposes of enhancing your experience with Golf Resort Agency providing you with a more personalized vacation, or as required by the nature of your travel arrangements or by the applicable law. On no occasion shall we sell, trade or rent your information to a third party.

The privacy statements herein contains our policy as to what we collect of, how we collect, why we collect your personal information, and how your information is used by Golf Resort Rome.

What of, how and why we collect your personal information?
When you contact Golf Resort Agency via our website and/or email and/or phone and/or in person at one of our offices, we may ask for your name or/and email address or/and phone number or/and your post address or/and your company information if applicable, so that we could keep in touch with you and provide you with the requested information.

When you request Golf Resort Agency to assist with suggestions to or customization of your travel, we may ask for your personal travel interests and other personal information so that we could propose a suitable travel itinerary for you such as your health conditions, the budget for your travel, the possible restrictions such as those related to religion, diet, medication.

When you make a decision to book our service(s), we may ask for information that is required for your travel arrangements and for the payment. We will also ask for the details of your travel insurance and the contact details needed in case of emergency. Golf Resort will ask for all the needed information required by the applicable law which may arise from your travel with us.

After your trip with Golf Resort we may have a feedback form for you in which we ask for your evaluation of our services, your post-trip impression with us and with our travel arrangements and your possible trips in the future. Golf Resort only does this to enhance the services for our general travelers and possibly be of more help to you next time if we have the opportunity to do so.

Who do we pass your information to?
At Golf Resort only authorized staff are allowed to access our clients' personal information. Each of our staff has a different computer account which is password-protected and password-protected screen-saver. The flow of information in and out of our computer system is closely monitored and all of our staff are well-informed of data protection, customer privacy protection and that their work on the company's computer is monitored and doing private work on the company's computers is not allowed.

Golf Resort Rome do need to provide your passport details as well as your other details which is needed to the involved authority if we take on your visa arrangements or if your travel is in the area that requires us to do so by the applicable law and/or regulation.

Golf Resort do need to provide your details such as those related to your passport, health, diet insurance, religion to our supplier(s) which is required by the nature of your travel or by the applicable law applied to such supplier(s).

Cookies and IP address
Cookies are small pieces of information that is stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Your IP address is the address of your computer on the internet. Our website use cookies and records your IP address to track the trends and movements which are of use for our marketing and for better enjoyment of our web user.

Cookies created by our website can not read data in other areas of your hard disk and can not read cookies created by other websites. Cookies contain your user ID to identify you from other users of our website and our website-created cookies provide us with the pages of our website, the length of time on each page you spend on and other data that you provide yourself when filling the forms on our website. Terms & Conditions

The following booking conditions together with the general information contained on this website form the basis of your contract with Golf Resort Rome
Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
Please note: We act as a on line reservation agent only in respect of all bookings we take or make on your behalf. For all bookings your contract will be with the suppliers hotel accommodation (‘the hotel’), Golf Clubs (“the golf club”).

Making your booking
To make a booking, you may either book online at info@golfresortrome.com or telephone our reservations assistants on +39 339 3819989 or +39 338 3371242 . We will confirm your arrangements on behalf of the hotels and golf clubs concerned by issuing a confirmation upon request by fax, email or post. Please check this carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information, which appears on the confirmation, or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.

Booking, Payment, Changes and Cancellation
The price of your arrangements and the terms upon which payment, changes and cancellations are made will vary according to which arrangements you book. Please note that all rates are subject to availability.

Hotel Activity break
The following terms apply to bookings
– Credit card guarantee required at time of booking
– Prepayment charged to the credit card between time of booking and day of arrival.
The following cancellation terms will apply to bookings of these breaks:

Depending on the reason for cancellation, it is possible to rebook your break
– Payment

In order to confirm your break, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the break per person (or full payment if booking later than 4 weeks before arrival date) must be paid at the time of booking.
As we act only as agent for the Hotel (s), Golf Club (s) concerned, we reserve the right to pass on to you in full all additional costs and charges of whatever nature imposed by the Hotel (s), Golf Club (s) in accordance with its own terms and conditions.
Payment for incidental extras (e.g. mini bars, restaurant, golf carts, etc.) must be made directly to the hotel or golf club before you check out.

The cost of your arrangements
Supplements for single rooms or single occupancy of a twin/double may apply. Superior rooms/suites are often available at a supplement. The price of your chosen arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. We will do so as soon as we become aware of the error. Please note, changes and errors occasionally occur. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking.

Changes by you
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing or contact us at info@golfresortrome.com, as soon as possible. Whilst we will try to assist you we regret amendment requests cannot always be met. Where an amendment can be made, any costs incurred by ourselves and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by the hotel will be payable. See also, the specific terms detailed above.

Cancellation by you
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your chosen break once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise online at info@golfresortrome.com, we will pass on the new details to you together with any compensation that the hotel may offer. As agents only for the hotel we cannot accept any liability for any changes or cancellations made to your booking.

Insurance
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. Please note that not all insurance policies intended for travel overseas are adequate to cover you for the hotel stays featured on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs. We do not check insurance policies.
